Retail Sales Manager with German

Responsibilities:


• Apply commercial policy of the company related to functioning the stores
• Responsible for the company's sales and revenues by monitoring all business indicators, taking care of the cost management
• Responsibilities in the management of stocks of goods, visual merchandising, monitoring the results of inventories
• Manage and develop the retail sales team and meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring, and developing the team
Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail area especially in textile industry
• University degree in Business Economics or Trade
• Target and performance driven individual
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Fluency in German
• Ability to travel within the country
Personal qualities:

• Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking
• High networking and client-facing capability
• Capability to lead by example, inspiring the team to provide amazing service
