Internal Sales Expert

Responsabilities:
• Provide administrative support to Sales Managers
• Enter all necessary information in the core IT system, prepare offers to customers;
• Collect necessary documents from clients and suppliers for deal processing;
• Check documentation from clients for its quality, authenticity and completeness;
• Maintain contacts with suppliers and clients to obtain any additional information required for the daily work;
• Ensure high level service for suppliers and clients;
• Organize registration of assets in the respective state institutions;
• Prepare necessary reports for business monitoring;
• Participate in preparing internal documents for new products and services;
• Assists in realizing the common targets of the Company - takes part in developing business plans, projects, core IT system, analyses and reports.
• Other ad hoc administration work in Sales Department;

Requirements:
• University - preferably in Economics, Finance or Trade;
• Interest in Finance and/or Sales is considered as advantage
• Pro-active, responsible, initiative;
• Team player;
• Ability to work in international organization;
• Analytical skills;
• Organization skills;
• Easy communication with people;
• Service minded and customer oriented person;
• Financial skills will be considered an advantage
