Since 2004 Easy Consult has been a trusted partner for various businesses and people in recruitment and temporary staffing solutions.Currently, we are looking for a Shipping and Logistic Specialist, for one of our key clients – operating on one of the biggest construction projects in Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
Prepares administrative transportation documentation;
Ensures that shipments are sent on time and according to defined plan;
Verifies vendor certificates and submits appropriate documentation for credit letters;
Liaises with transportation and logistics group for documentations and deliveries;
Verifies conformity and certification of vehicles;
Maintains and updating the database with documents regarding shipping and delivery of goods.
Requirements:
Previous experience in shipping and logistics;
High School Diploma;
Good command of IT tools and software to manage information flows;
Knowledge of Incoterms regulations;
Fluency in English;
Ability to work in a dynamic atmosphere;
Excellent organizational skills.
