Responsibilities:
Maintaining and developing existing partner relationships with the focus on supporting their sales teams in the market;
Ongoing observation of the market and competitors
Identification and analysis of market, customer and competitor trends to optimize the positioning of the brands
Planning and executing annual sales strategy
Involvement in the creation and implementation of business and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market presence
Develop an internal marketing team and upscale the existing sales skillset and expertise
Supporting promotion campaigns, trade fairs, and dealer shows;
Full responsibility of the turnover and profit
Where required, readiness to undertake special projects to develop the business lines

Requirements:
Strong experience in Retail and/or FMCG market
2+ years of experience on a similar role
Outstanding people management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
A high degree of analytical competence backed by strong MS-Office computer skills
Good English language skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel on a national scale
