SPORTS TRADERS
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for compiling prices for various events;
Monitor prices and control liabilities
Creation and settlement of events where required;
Customer profiling;
Dealing with Customer Service queries;
Liaise with other trading departments to ensure smooth cooperation of the day to day job.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sports trading role;
Customer-focused – thinks about customers 24/7 and creates processes, solutions etc. which tangibly improve customer experience;
Strong attention to detail: Diligent and applies a thoroughness and thoughtful approach to tasks with the aim to provide quality results in a short time;
In depth knowledge and deep interest in sports;
Very good English.
