Looking for a job in Purchasing Operations?

This is an excellet career opportunity to handle all inventory management activities related to targeted vendors from Purchasing order to inventory control and reporting in alignment with European rules. In this position, you will engage fully with each vendor understanding their needs and the needs of the business, understand true contributors to profitable business, setting and communicating true expectations.

Main responsibilities:

Creates standard, direct and intercompany orders, via Ingram Micro ERP system
Follow up with vendor or the transportation company the delivery of the shipment (ETA management)
Return to vendor
Compares the prices from the pricelists received from the vendors with the information in the IM ERP system
DIO and E&O controlling
Discrepancy Database Management
Active communication with the vendors and business managers regarding day-to-day business
New vendors on boarding
If you are skilled in:

Fluency in English
Attention to details
Database management
Price negotiation
Strong analytical skills
If you have gained:

University degree is considered an advantage
Previous working experience as Purchasing assistant, Jr. Buyer or Buyer
Knowledge of MS Office
