RESPONSIBILITIES:Product Demonstrations through webinars.
Perform Proof of Concepts with customers and partners.
Provide technical assistance to the general sales community on Email and Chat platforms.
Provide technical assistance to the user and partner community through online and social media platforms.
General support of the Inside Sales Team from a technical aspect.
Support pre & post sales issues including but not limited to:
Troubleshooting
Providing written & oral instruction on the usage of the products
Recommending best practices for different customer environments
Attending Trade Shows as needed.
Some on-site customer visits possible (majority of work will be performed in the Sofia office).
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS or 4 years field experience
Previous experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering position.
Experience with SQL, Exchange, Active Directory/Domain structures
VMware certifications like VTSP and VCP - vExpert certification a definite plus
Microsoft certifications
Use of or familiarity with vSphere, vCloud and vShield
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical PC & Networking understanding.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
Strong understanding of the Mac OS-X Operating System.
Understanding of Linux Operating Systems and basic Command Line Interface based management.
Strong understanding of virtual machine platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.
Microsoft Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, and Active Directory layout and design.
WinPE and/or BartPE.
