Job Profile for Tele-Sales / Researcher
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Data collection and data driven lead research to find prospective clients to contact
• Contact prospective clients to conduct fact finding calls and the initial presentation of Blue Lynx. This first impression is paramount to successful business and partnerships with new clients
• You will offer the initial sales information and solutions to prospect clients, giving information on how we can help them with their Dutch talent acquisition, HR Solutions and Payrolling Services
• You will work hand in hand with the sales team in The Netherlands who will open new accounts using your data collection, sourcing and initial sales calls
• The role requires a professional consultative approach as you will be dealing with senior decision makers such as Directors, Corporate Recruiters and Corporate HR Managers
• You will manage the sales team agenda’s scheduling sales calls, face to face appointments and/or email contact

Candidate Profile for Tele-Sales / Researcher

• Must be Fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken. Any additional European language is an advantage
• Excellent business acumen and a punchy sales approach
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the same or similar fields
• Experience with LinkedIn
• Computer literate – able to carry out extensive research using different platforms and tools
• Must be able to work in Sales Force (or equivalent)
• Must be a people person with strongly developed social skills
• Pro-active attitude, results driven, strong hands-on mentality
• Excellent eye for detail, organised, able to multitask
• Have great communication skills and love building relationships with people
• Excellent telephone manners
