Currently we are offering a great opportunity to join the team of our partner – an international company in the clothes trade, for the position of:

Regional Manager

Responsibilities:

Managing, supervising and coordinating the overall activity in the shops in the allocated area;
Taking active part in the recruitment process and deciding on the employment of competent and reliable employees with potential for further development;
Organizing the regular work in the shops by preparing schedules, planning of holidays and collecting and sending documents related to employees’ labor relations;
Preparing the annual budget in accordance with the received instructions.

Requirements:

At least 3 years experiences in retail fashion industry;
Min. 3 years at a managerial position;
Experience in visual merchandising, preferably in an international chain
English - advanced level;
Driving licence and readiness to travel extensively;
Pro-active attitude and orientation towards results;
Team spirit.
