Some of your tasks would include:
- Part of the Leadership Team of the Country;
- Strong relationship with the customers and key partners;
- Reach sales targets and specific implementation of sales & marketing activities;
- Report frequently on competition conditions;
- Manage special & dedicated events together with marketing specialists;
- Manage the telesales/customer service activities of the pillars and ensures the connection between the field sales forces and pillars’ objectives and targets;
- Limited accountability for markets P&L shape and budget control;
- Develops right brand image and brand positioning in the local market;
- Leads and develops direct and indirect associates promoting people management practices;
- Aligning and supporting demand planning implementation in conjunction with regional and cluster logistics.

Skills and experience we need:
- University degree; Preferred qualification: Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management, or related field;
- Experience in Sales within international companies min 3 years;
- Management and Leadership skills in previous positions;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent English;
- Digital marketing/ Media planning experience is a plus.
