We are looking for: Coffee Sales Consultant
Main Purpose of Job
Acts as an ambassador for the coffee Brand in the Boutique. Welcomes, advises and serves clients in compliance with the quality standards defined in the coffee Sales and Service Standards and Selling Ceremony. Contributes to reaching the sales targets of the Boutique notably through good selling skills, impeccable customer service and good products knowledge.
Responsibilities
In this position, your main responsibilities will include without limitation the following:
Properly welcomes and greets the Boutique clientele
Is able to present the Boutique and the full coffee service offering
Actively manages the database on a daily basis and permanently update customer records
Understands and answers to customer needs and desires through appropriate questioning and active listening
Knows well our products (coffee, machines, accessories, food and bites)
Contributes to improving the sale of all the coffee products presented in the Boutique (coffee, machines and accessories)
Initiates customers to the art of coffee tasting and develops their curiosity about our products
Knows how to deliver basic After-Sales Service for Machines
Ensures that the different areas in the Boutique are in accordance with the Boutique Operational Standards and Visual Merchandising recommendations
Ensures safe working conditions
Requirements
Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:
Secondary School diploma, High-School degree, or equivalent,
1-2 years’ experience in direct customer sales environment
Previous experience in coffee shops/ cafeterias is preferable
Passion about retail and customer relationship in particular
Good communication skills
