Requirements:

• Great in depth understanding of data warehouses – a number of successful implementations of these under their belt and preferably on a number of different technology stacks.

• The ability to understand “The Bigger Picture” – from business requirements down to front end reporting tool set all the way through to back end databases and source systems.

• Able to compare and contrast between different data warehouse products, such as ETL tools, Reporting tools, databases etc.- from a technical and non-technical perspective, as well commercially.

• Ability to create architecture roadmaps for DWH and reporting products, create the plans and validation of the plans underpinning these roadmaps.

• Data Warehouse modelling techniques – Inmon / Kimball dimensional modelling.

• Experience with large transactional data volumes, and the types of solutions that support these in data warehousing.

• Use of great engagement skills with both business and technical colleagues in order to be able to deliver what provides best value to our clients and regions.

• Ability to define test criteria and scenarios to development teams.

• Appreciation or understanding how Agile BI projects work.

• Understanding of continuous integration / automated testing and deployments in BI.

• Implementation of multi region and multi countries systems.

• Scrum master / BI Team leadership skills experience

• Background of developing financial and bank systems

• BI implementations on Cloud

• University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Fluency in English
