WHAT CAN YOU DO WELL?
• You have experience in recruitment/executive search or another relevant field
• You are skilled in direct negotiations with decision makers and/or hiring leaders
• You know and navigate Bulgarian and international business arena with ease
• You understand and apply the psychology of change and influence in your communication
• You bring on board a valuable network of business contacts
• You work well both autonomously and as a part of a team
