For them we are looking to recruit a highly motivated, result-oriented and experienced person with sales background for the position of:

Account Manager – B2B Sales

Day to day you will make a difference by...

Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets;
Apply sales standards and tools to maximize customer facing time;
Manage aggressively value growth with understanding of value generation and financial dimensions;
Gain knowledge of market development, competitors’ offers strengths and weaknesses to support growth opportunities;
Increase the value for existing customers through value, cross and up selling;
Understand customers’ needs, business models, value drivers, challenges and opportunities to tailor offers and services to capture their businesses;
Focus on acquisition of new business;
Carry out price negotiations with customers, preparing quotations and proposals and agree on all operational requirements;
Review & plan customer business, products, service packages, contracts, prices, credit terms, credit limits and debt;
Sell products and services across all customer segments: commercial road transport, national and international fleet.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

Relevant University education;
Relevant sales experience (min 3 years) preferably in B2B;
Proven track record of competence in negotiation and dealing with external partners;
Commercial knowledge & business acumen;
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to manage relationships at all levels;
Еxcellent communication and presentation skills;
Proactive, self-driven and result-oriented individual;
Fluency in English (both verbal and written);
Strong IT literacy on all MS Office programs;
Driving license B required (active driver).
