Sales Manager - Pharmaceuticals

Some of your tasks would include:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies;
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets;
- Establish productive and professional relationships with assigned key customer accounts;
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers;
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs;
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency;
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Skills and experience we need:
- Bachelor Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, agronomist, food science, biologist, pharmacists or related field;
- Willingness to travel/visit multiple customers throughout the assigned territory (within the country);
- Possibility to travel out of the country – driving license;
- Fluent English;
- Desired proven experience in similar position;
- Excellent Written and Oral communication skills;
- Organizational skills, Team management skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others;
- Ability to develop in-depth relationships at all levels with customers;
- Service mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.
