Responsibilities:
● Organization of the company's operations, management of daily operational
processes
● Productive interaction with top managers of the company - motivation,
process coordination, task execution control
● Analysis and improvement of existing business processes, development and
implementation of proposals to increase company profits
● Building new business processes and monitoring their compliance
● Participation in the formation of weekly, monthly and annual plans of the
company and budgets (Jointly with FinDept.)
● Management Sales department, Call Center, Supply chain, Human resources,
Back Office and outsources
● Reporting to BoD.
Requirements:
● Relevant work experience in the position of operational or executive director
from 2 years (Online store or other long-distance areas);
● Negotiation experience, emotional intelligence, partnership building
● Teambuilding, experience in KPI setups;
● Project management skills;
● Fluent English and Bulgarian languages
Working conditions:
● Sofia or Burgas office; We also consider applicants from other cities!
● Salary - competitive salary, discussed with the potential candidates. KPI’s on
quarter period.
