Sales Consultant
We are looking for: Sales Consultant for high-quality cookware and kitchen utensils

Main Purpose of Job:
Acts as an ambassador for the Brand in the shop.
Welcomes advice and serves clients in compliance with quality standards.
Contributes to reaching the sales targets of the shop notably through good selling skills, impeccable customer service, and good product knowledge.

Responsibilities:
In this position, your main responsibilities will include without limitation the following:
• Properly welcomes and greets the clients
• Is able to present the products
• Understands and answers to customer needs and desires through appropriate questioning and active listening
• Knows well our products
• Contributes to improving the sale of all the products presented in the shop
• Develops of clients curiosity about our products
• Knows how to deliver basic After-Sales Service
• Ensures that the different areas in the shop are in accordance with the Operational Standards and Visual Merchandising recommendations
• Ensures safe working conditions

Requirements:
Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Secondary School diploma, High-School degree, or equivalent,
• 1-2 years’ experience in the direct customer sales environment
• Previous experience is preferable
• Passion about retail and customer relationship in particular
• Good communication skills
