McDonald’s is world best international company in fast food service sector. For our growth at McDonald's Bulgaria, we are looking to hire a Technical Maintenance Assistant for our existing stores equipment and construction maintenance activities. The new opened position is part of our McDonald’s team based in Sofia and work closely with other technical team members. The perfect candidate would be able to be connection person between McDonald’s restaurants, Maintenance technician’s and Outside Service Companies. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on day-to-day efficiency of our Operational Department, Technical Department and restaurants.

General responsibilities:
Communicate and supervise Maintenance & Repair technician’s activities
Communicate and supervise Outside companies work
Execute different maintenance works and activities in the restaurants
Provide technical diagnostic skills, and suggest further steps
Ability to run several tasks at the same time
Develop and control deadlines
Organize international and domestic spare parts orders, delivery, installation and start up
Analise offer specifications and follow actual budget costs
Administrate protocols and invoices

Experience/ Qualification:
Experience in technical maintenance and/ or facility management
Technical education at Technical school or University
(Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or similar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Ability to make decisions and work independently
Previous experience in technical customer service or ticketing system is an advantage
Computer skills
Basic knowledge of English
