Risk and Fraud Specialist with English (Trading Platform)
Responsibilities:
•Liaise with the other departments regarding any account queries;
•Ensure full security and ID checks are completed in line with procedure, using Compliment and other ID tools as required;
•Liaise with client services to obtain missing or additional documentation;
•Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;

Requirements:
• Fluency in English (C1 or Native speaker) is a must - both spoken and written
• Previous Sales experience in Forex environment 2 - 4 years with Forex, Stocks, CFDs
• Able to think outside the box and ready to step out of his/her comfort zone
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Has a strong, energetic mindset
• Must be target driven personality
• Very good computer skills
