At the moment we are looking for motivated individual to join the team of our clinet as:

Sales Performance Expert

Duties and responsibilities:
Direct cooperation with the company's partners and their consulting in order to expand their product portfolio;
Supporting top sellers deliver to meet the customers needs;
Define business strategies and tactics to improve top seller performance through the use of analytic tools, reporting and knowledge bases;
Working on the adoption of new tools and capabilities to improve performance;
Ability to analyse huge sets of data, segment the data, and derive proper actions;
Ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures;
To communicate with the client through telefone, email or lifechat and seek solutions for their issues and questions.

Requirements:
Experience on a similar position will be advantage (Sales, E-commerce, Telesales);
University degree;
Very good communication and presentation skills;
Proficient with MS Office products & Advanced web user;
Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analytical skills;
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements;
Good command of English will be considered an advantage;
Very good prioritization and time management skills.
