We are now looking for one of our Clients - a growing FMCG company- an experienced professional to take on the challenge on the position of:

Sales Director - FMCG Company

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop business relationships with existing and potential clients in Bulgaria and internationally;
Working directly with sales representatives/merchandisers to provide guidance and boost performance;
Keep up to date with market and competitor trends;
Monitoring and reviewing activities and results in order to explore improvement areas - product positioning, promotional activities, joint meetings, etc.
Evaluation and improvements in efficiency, client portfolio, trade policies, and etc.
Identifying and highlighting needs for improvement or optimization as well as current challenges which need to be addressed;
Responsibility for the budgeting and finances in the company;
Requirements:

Previous experience on a regional or national sales manager role in the FMCG segment is essential for the position;
Experience in international markets would be considered as an advantage;
Previous experience on a people management position;
Willingness to contribute through both their strategic vision as well as their subject matter expertise in sale;
Strategic thinking;
Leadership skills and experience;
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, problem-solving attitudе;
