Main Responsibilities:
Resolve and provide high level of technical guidance and assistance in problem solving to clients only via email;
Analyse system logs and achieving client KPIs;
Working with a specialized software.

This would be the right role for you if you:
Have excellent verbal and written French (C1/C2 Level);
Very good English level (B2/C1 Level);
Networking knowledge and experience with VoIP;
Telecommunications knowledge or education is considered an advantage;
Have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills;
