E-commerce platform support specialist with Dutch or French


Main responsibilities:

Handle customers’ accounts and provide information regarding invoices, payments, and tariff changes;
Provide general technical support to the clients via email, chat or phone;
Resolve and investigate various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;
Work with specialized software (CRM systems).

This would be the right role for you if you:

Fluent level of Dutch or French (level: C1);
Good level of English (level: B1-B2);
Strong problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
