As an eCommerce Specialist for Online Sales department, this person must have exceptional planning and prioritization skills. They must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of sales and marketing organization. This person should be hands-on, dependable, and passionate about our business. They must be results orientated and able to own business goals with the utmost urgency and commitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of online sales projects implementation through close collaboration with Design, Web, QA teams
Solving eCommerce caused issues closely working with Support team to ensure customer satisfaction through online purchase journey
Improving customer online purchase journey and cart conversion through A/B testing with ongoing analysis, best eCommerce practices implementation and partnership with eCommerce vendors
Management and implementation of customer retention campaigns (in-product flow, upsell, upgrade)
eCommerce setup for online sales campaigns and new product release
Bringing value to the development of eCommerce strategy and operational plans to drive traffic and generate online sales
Creation and execution of quarterly promo plans according to current KPIs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience in the IT industry or long-term experience in marketing, product or project management
Good numeracy to analyse campaigns for return investment and decide future activity
Experience with Google Analytics
Exceptional organisational abilities, detail oriented, strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
Relevant higher education degree (e.g. Marketing, Product management, Project management) would be a plus
eCommerce experience would be a plus
