We are opening our first Shared Service Centre Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for:

Buyer Specialist with Spanish or Greek
Main responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day interaction with suppliers: ordering, communication of demand/volume/delivery time changes, issue resolution, follow up on backorders;
Process all purchase orders according to BIC’s standard process and according to the terms per contract (e.g., pricing, delivery, payment terms);
Ensure internal customers are complying with contracts and using preferred suppliers with contracted pricing. Perform periodic audits of automated Purchase Orders;
Manage day-to-day interaction with suppliers: ordering, communication of demand/volume/delivery time changes, issue resolution, follow up on backorders;
Meet agreed SLA and KPI targets.

The skills:
Fluent in Spanish or Greek;
University degree in Supply chain or MBA;
1 year + relevant experience;
Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing; understanding of supply chain management functions;
Advanced Excel skills (VBA); experience with JD Edwards and other ERP;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
