Your Role and Responsibilities
As Client Technical Specialist you will be responsible for sales leadership in negotiating and closing transformational services engagements (through compelling value propositions) to senior leaders within Enterprise level accounts.
Responsibilities:
– Able to develop and maintain comprehensive technical sales knowledge in Resiliency Services offerings, along with financial and selling skills;
– Designing total integrated Project/Cloud Services solutions including terms and conditions to create a final customer proposal;
– Problems relating to Project/Cloud Services offerings and customer engagements and implements solutions;
– Maintaining in-depth knowledge of competition’s offerings and strategies;
– Effectively differentiates IBM offerings from high-reaching alternatives and creates customer preference for IBM;
– Anticipating complex problems relating to Workplace Services Project/Cloud offerings and customer engagements and implements solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– Sales experience between 2-5 years;
– Knowledge of IT infrastructure – sales to pre-sales;
– Experience working with big IT vendors on local market is advantage;
– Ability to handle pressure and short timeliness;
– Ability to work and navigate in complex environments and manage processes;
– Ability to communicate effectively;
– Ability to be self-sufficient;
– Excellent English;
– Negotiations skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
– Experience in Multinational IT company will be considered as advantage
