Maintain a team-oriented atmosphere. Provide guidance, coach, develop the team members and help them become experts at their job. Ensure staff adherence to departmental/company policies and procedures and directly contribute to Performance Management and Performance Appraisals of the team.

Essential Duties:


• Provides direction, instructions and guidance to the assigned/selected group of individuals
• Motivates and inspires their team members
• Leads by setting a good example (role model)
• Coaches, mentors and helps develop team members
• Assures that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate in the team
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the department operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team
• Familiarizes the team with the customer needs, specifications, targets, the development process, standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
• Assures that the team addresses all relevant issues with the product and services
• Escalates issues which cannot be resolved by the team according to established escalation paths
• Provides guidance to the team based on management direction
• Meets the targets set by the Company and available in its internal resources.

Your Profile:

• Have at least 2 years of experience managing a sales/account management team- with the ability to attract, grow and retain exceptional talent
• Have excellent level of English, both verbal and written
• Clear communicator
• Motivational presence
• Customer-focused mentality
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
• Can-do positive mind set
• Fast ad-hoc learner with high levels of flexibility and adaptability to change

You will have an advantage if you:
• Know any of the following languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese
• Have experience in the payment and finance industries
• Have experience in a global organization from high-tech industry
