We are looking for our reputable client – a holding company in the FMCG sector - for a competent and motivated professional to join their team on the position of:
SALES & TRAINING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Ensure processes and procedures to support and improve the business needs
• Research, evaluate and analyze the market, classifying the stores and setting criteria
• Implementation in the stores - preparation of criteria for their successful implementation
• Plan and control of the implementation of the distribution goals
• Creates and delivers appropriate trainings to support different projects implementation
• Conduct regular trainings of the sales team in order to achieve the set KPIs
• Improves the sales capabilities of the team
• Takes part in the assessment of the skills and shortcomings of the employees in the sales teams
• Ambassador of the Company's Values
Requirements:
• Experience in Field Sales Management and/or National key account management, Customer marketing, ideally On and Off Trade
• Successful experience as a line manager and coach with a passion for developing people
• Excellent communication and developed relationship management skills is a must
• Planning skills, learning capacity, flexibility and ability to drive change
• Business English at decent level

• Hands on the field and ability to adapt and prioritize
• A passionate, engaging facilitator/presenter with the credibility and confidence to teach and coach at all levels, including senior employees
• A natural communicator with an ability to rapidly build strong networks
