Our client is one of the largest international players in the steel business, operating in over than 15 countries with the support of more than 1100 employees. For its new project in Bulgaria, we are looking for highly motivated person to hold the position of
Area Sales Manager – North Bulgaria (Construction Sector)


The person employed in this position will be responsible for:
• All day-to-day sales activities for the assigned region.
• Ensuring a growing number of active customers and new customers for our products & services.
• Identifying, manage and support a customer portfolio.
• The key performance parameters: sales, margins, cost management, cash collection, as defined by your superior.
• Following the local construction market, to understand its trends and what we need to do in order to secure growth for products and services sales.
• Following the competition, to understand how we can differentiate from their solutions.
• Based on market and competition context you will propose changes to our products & services range in order to meet customer expectations and to secure growth.
• New products and services related to our business will be a permanent job, adding value to our customers and securing growth for our business.
• You will be reporting to the Head of the Distribution Center Bulgaria.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in the construction industry;
• Knowledge relevant to sales area: construction/engineering field;
• Leading of negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities;
• Experience in cooperation with traditional and modern channels;
• Willingness to frequent business trips;
• Very good knowledge of English/both written and spoken/.
