General duties:
Responsible for employee onboarding, skill development, job satisfaction, and overall organizational growth.
Training program design – Onboarding and Upskill
Content creation – E-learnings, Presentations, tests, learning materials and KB content.
Training delivery – clear delivery in various formats
Facilitation and interaction – encourage questions, have group discussion and activities.
Lead hands-on exercises – activities, simulations, and practical exercises
Feedback and Assessment – constructive feedback to participants on their performance during training activities
Mentorship and Engagement initiatives facilitation
Lead Onboarding trainings to Newly hired consultants in the Contact Center of DSK Bank.
Lead Upskill trainings to the existing employees in the Contact Center of DSK bank.
Increase the Training efficiency by applying necessary changes.
Partner with key stakeholders encouraging best possible cross-functional working relationships to enhance total customer experience.
Help with identifying training needs, create new training plans with materials and lead the training sessions.

Requirements:
Over 2 years as a Trainer;
Experience working in a contact center environment;
Demonstrated understanding of contact center processes and procedures;
Proactive attitude, self-driven and results oriented;
Ability to conduct consistent training sessions and present them in a clear and comprehensible way;
Comfort in different tools usage (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Cisco, etc);
Great communication skills;
Training material creation skills;
Knowledge Base material creation skills;
Recognizing talent;
Fluency in English is preferred;
Critical thinking with the ability to contribute to challenging assignments in a business-critical environment;
