Department: Group Access Risk & Control team
Location: Bulgaria
Contract: Permanent

An Identity Access Management (IAM) IGA admin manages, monitors, and supports infrastructure and application associated to the Identity Governance and Administration solution Omada used in CCH. The individual will be responsible for providing 2nd level support via ServiceNow, Monitoring and investigation application issues, creating and maintaining architecture design and operational documentation.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee IAM solution connection to back-end systems:
->Analyze and resolve failing connections

->Work in SAP backend directly to fix user accounts

->Track and ensure RPA process is up and running

->Initiate/monitor/troubleshoot daily import jobs

Provide quality customer service and resolve customer issues via ServiceNow platform
Act internally as a SPOC for IAM system enquiries
Establish and execute health-checks to support smooth operation and satisfying system performance
Explore system capabilities and IAM trends to improve processes/system performance.

2 years of user administration experience in SAP and Microsoft Active Directory
Experience in administering/configuring IAM (Identity and Access Management) solution.
Experience with Omada is an advantage
SQL knowledge is an advantage.
