Our client is a leading international producer and distributor of polymers. Serving more than 30,000 customers and having over 11 000 employees worldwide, the company has 125 years of experience in distributing chemicals. In order to strengthen their Polymers Direction, they are now looking for an experienced:
Sales Manager – Polymers
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy for the segment in the area to achieve the organization's short and long-term sales goal;
• Lead, coordinate and motivate an international sales team;
• Monitor sales performance for the product segment in the area including volume, price, and receivables, and complaints;
• Manage key accounts, present and sell company products explaining technical advantages and providing professional advice;
• Identify and resolve customer complaints;
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, and follow-up;
• Collaborate with other departments such as supply chain and production;
• Reports to Sales Director.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Science disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years of technical or sales experience with Engineering polymers;
• At least 4 years of experience in a senior management position in the same industry;
• Excellent ability for planning, development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies/business plans;
• Highly motivated and results orientated person, perseverant, able to work with limited daily supervision;
• Fluency in English is a must;
• Availability and willingness to travel about 50% of the time within the set region - Romania, Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and North Macedonia;
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
