Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of our partner - a market leader in construction materials and products for the position of Sales Manager - Construction sector


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


• Making wholesale sales in the country;
• Finding and establishing new sales channels, in accordance with the goals and strategies of the company;
• Development of sales channels and portfolio of clients, in accordance with the growing goals;
• To monitor the development of the market, to develop appropriate regional strategies for sales and marketing, performing activities to increase sales;
• Tracking of all types of orders, payments, transport related to sales;
• Visiting construction companies and projects, as well as tile and sanitation shops;
• Participation in the preparation of sales prices, through analysis of market competitors and their related products.

Experiences and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role (Especially if within the construction materials, ceramic tiles, and interior decoration sectors)
• Higher technical education will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent command of MS Office;
• Excellent command of English;
• Proficiency in Turkish will be considered a major advantage;
• Commercial position experience and negotiation skills;
• High level of self-discipline, communication and organization;
• Desire for dynamic work and new challenges.
• Availability for active travel in the country.
