On behalf of our partner, awarded the best FMCG producer, we are looking for a experienced professional to take the lead on their production plant, on the position:
PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
The role will be responsible for production, the preservation of all sources, maintenance, plant infrastructure and utilities.
Main Responsibilities:
• Planning, managing and controlling the production processes to ensure product supplies while meeting highest safety & quality standards and delivery times;
• Overseeing all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed;
• Securing highest efficiency & productivity;
• Monitoring KPI’s and strive for sustainable, continuous improvement and improving the productivity and efficiency of the process;
• Looking for opportunities to optimize industrial costs;
• Optimizing shift models and organization structure of direct and indirect labor;
• Working closely with the industrial project team of the group;
• Leading the development and implementation of the maintenance strategy, organization and budget;
• Continuously improving production efficiency by utilizing all resources effectively (equipment, staff, maintenance, etc.);
• Troubleshooting production problems and ensure a smooth, safe and efficient production operation;
• Developing and implementing operations related plans, budgets, comp & ben strategy, policies and procedures;
• Defining development plan for production team to create efficient and motivated team;
• Leading direct reports and cross-functional teams in order to drive effective decision-making, collaboration, business and professional growth.
Job requirements:
• At least 8+ years of work experience on the same/relevant position;
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a must;
• Analytical mindset, ability to work in a structured, systematic, and deadline-focused way;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Strategic thinking and foresight;
• Change management skills and team-oriented personality;
• PC literacy (Excel, Word);
• Experience working with SAP would be an advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
