Job Description

We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to join our DA SaaS Solutions team.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic product analyst to help us shape and support a portfolio of initiatives to scale our SaaS products globally, identify new ways to drive revenue, and enhance profitability.
The product analyst responsibilities include working closely with different departments within Experian, analysing product data to make product or process optimizations, engaging with clients to gather feedback and define requirements, and compiling sales & performance data. You will research competitor offerings, market trends & customer needs in order to support the creation of the right propositions and commercial models for Experian’s SaaS offerings.


Responsibilities:
· Evaluate Experian SaaS products, propositions, and commercial models, and compare them against industry trends.
· Develop an understanding of Experian SaaS products to meet Experian's current and future needs.
· Develop and oversee projects to improve our operating model and KPIs.
· Analyze metrics and provide recommendations to continually improve Experian SaaS product and operations
· Consolidate KPIs into reports and dashboards for management updates
· Contribute to commercial strategy for scaling Experian SaaS business
· Work with other Experian departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.
· Help feedback requirements to product managers and technical teams to ensure they are reflected in development plans and roadmaps.
· Take an active part in team initiatives / activities within the Global Product Management Team.

Qualifications

Experience:
· Ideally 3 years of Product Analyst / Marketing / Consultancy experience.
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field.
· Experience with market research, data analysis, and presentation development
· Experience with analytical, reporting & roadmapping tools such as SalesForce, Tableaus and Aha!
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
· Familiarity with banking industry, Telco industry, or fin tech
· Exposure to product management and product marketing principles.
· Market and product knowledge in decision or risk management software ideal, but not required

· A good understanding of how client insight should influence product offering

· Proactive, organized, with the aptitude to deliver to planned timescales, work to deadlines and maintain attention to details.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write high quality documentation.
· Enthusiastic, willing to learn and desire to grow with the role.
· A good understanding of the client onboarding and development lifecycle, including familiarity with project management concepts.
· Strong influencing skills and be able to interface with business, analytics, operations, development and marketing personnel.
· Good innovation skills and Agile thinking.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to simplify complex concepts into simple solutions
