Position Overview: As an Area Manager for Bulgaria, you will report to the Exports Manager and play a pivotal role in the success of our sales operations. This position is a blend of leadership, strategy, and customer-centric focus. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from strategizing to team management, all with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role as a mentor and motivator will be instrumental in helping your team develop their sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales growth strategies.
Lead and streamline sales team operations for maximum efficiency.
Guarantee customer satisfaction by maintaining the quality of our products and services.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of customer needs and market trends.
Provide coaching and training to enhance the sales team's capabilities.
Manage the sales team, set goals, offer feedback, and provide guidance.
Resolve challenges within the sales team and address customer issues.
Make critical decisions on resource allocation, priorities, and strategy development.
Ensure the sales team complies with company policies and procedures.


Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or management.
Over 5 years of field sales experience.
Native or fluent in Bulgarian.
Very good command of English.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Exceptional people, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel (approximately 80% of the time).
