Specialist Online Casino
You are perfect candidate if you have:
Knowledge of online casino gambling products;
Experienced in online casino or in similar position is strong advantage;
Desire to learn and willing to pass knowledge to others;
Ability to make decisions and solve problems;
Very good communication skills and ability to interface with various levels of management.
Your day will include:
Enter VIP player information into the database;
Provide personalized services to players, focusing on known rated players and players who can be developed into high-end players;
Inform players of all current and upcoming special events, promotions, as well as casino activities;
Provide the highest level of player support and resolve any problem or perceived inconvenience to ensure guest satisfaction;
Proactively answers phones, interacts, and assists players in a professional manner to foster positive and lasting relationships;
Assist to colleagues by providing them insight regarding quality customer service.
