experience technology and services field. We are looking for open, adaptable, people-
oriented individuals for the role of Consumer Support Champion with German, FTE and PTE.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answering customers’ questions via phone calls, chat and e-mail;
* Showing professionalism and empathy, prioritizing solving of the customer’s issue;
* Following the case solving process and collaborate with other sectors to provide the best resolution;
* Keeping all involved parties up to date with the status of the case;
* Managing customers expectations and experience by communicating clearly and providing
step-by-step solutions that are easy to follow;
* Keeping up with the deadlines while ensuring that the service quality levels are up to company’s standards.

Requirements:
* Great spoken and written German language skills;
* Solid fluency in English language;
* High school education;
* Communicative and bright individual with a positive attitude;
* Adaptable and able to work on shifts;
* Customer-oriented, striving to improve and provide the best customer experience.
