We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partners an international biotechnology company with main expertise in designing, developing and manufacturing Real-Time PCR kits, nucleic acid extraction kits and automated nucleic acid extraction instruments, for the position of:

National Sales Manager – Laboratory Testing Devices


Responsibilities:

• Manage the marketing and sales processes;
• Analyze the market and potential customers, to develop a sales strategy together with the management;
• Record customer requests, complaints and suggestions, to analyze customer satisfaction and customer feedback, to provide solutions for the customer complaints, to gather data from the market to understand new trends;
• Perform the customer training and demonstration visits, to organize and ensure the required human resources, kits, materials, equipment, instruments, etc. for these visits;
• Keep the records of all the performed activities and report them to the management;
• Organize and perform customer training sessions and demonstration visits at customer sites;
• Prepare price quotations and present to the customers, to perform the sales and tender participation activities, to receive orders and organizing the shipment/delivery in coordination with the logistics;
• Manage the communication with customers (both end users and distributors) and to provide customer support: Provide the customers necessary information and documentation, to answer general and routine technical questions of the customers, informing customers about the specifications, usage, storage or delivery of the product-service.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Life Science (Molecular biology, Biology, Genetics, Medical sciences or Biomedical engineering);
• Good English language skills (written and spoken);
• At least 5 years of experience in Diagnostics sales;
• Willingness to travel throughout the country;
• Driving license
