For one of our clients we are currently looking for a self-driven and results oriented person to be given the role of:

REGIONAL MANAGER RETAIL

Key responsibilities:
Strategize and implement the sales plan of the retail channel (25 stores)
Do regular reviews with retail & store teams; monitor action plans implementation to improve sales results.
Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of the sales & KPI reports; plan and implement actions accordingly;
Execute omnichannel campaigns in close cooperation with the marketing team;
Manage and motivate a team of 100 people (field force and back office) to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
Take part in recruitment processes, onboarding & training , performance overviewand talent development;
Control stock level in the stores across the assigned region;
Responsible for the campaigns’ implementation; perform regular store visits to ensure the customer service and the visual merchandising guidelines are aligned with the standards;

Requirements:
Sales orientation and a solid experience in retail (3+ years)
Fluency of English (written and spoken)
People’s management experience (recruitment, individual and team development, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to travel.

The ability to influence key decision makers and communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
