B2B Support Specialist with German, Italian, French, Hungarian OR Dutch


Main responsibilities:
Create customer accounts in the system and provide customers with account information;
Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware, software, or network problem resolution;
Use Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their resolution;
Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.

Fluent German/ French/ Italian / Dutch OR Hungarian;
Very good level of English (B2 level);
Experience in customer or technical support will be considered as an advantage;
Excellent MS Office skills.
