Back office sales



In order to expand our sales team in Sofia, we are looking for Back office sales with following major responsibilities:
• Receipt, issuing and dispatch of equipment
• Taking care of the warehouse and constant stock of equipment
• Administering sales, monitoring realization and billing
• Creating invoices and offers for customers
• Communication with customers, maintaining good relations
• Sales of security equipment
• Customer sales support
• Procurement of equipment from headquarter

• Native Bulgarian
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Exceptional reliability and precision
• High level of responsibility, flexibility, and initiative in work
• High school / university degree in economics
• Affinity for new technologies
• Active knowledge of English
• Active knowledge of MS Office packages

Preference is given to candidates with work experience in similar jobs.
