ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
Strategic Pack & Pricing lead is a critical role in the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, part of Coca-Cola HBC Marketing function. In this exciting role you will have to identify Pack & Pricing opportunities and then collaborate with multiple functions to bring them to life. You will be in charge of due diligence of competitor’s strategy and market performance to provide valuable insights that will and enrich Coca-Cola commercial strategy. The position reports to the Revenue Growth Manager.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pack architecture:

Monitor market trends and competitors’ strategy to identify gaps / opportunities for developing CCHBC pack architecture;
Analysis of consumer data (PITA, others) to identify industry trends and suggest relevant pack strategy;
Develop business cases for new Packs with other functions.
Pricing:

Lead the development of long term pricing strategy for all categories and products of CCHBC;
Identify pricing opportunities based on market/ competition / consumer analysis;
Evaluate and stress test pricing ideas leveraging statistical tools and product elasticities;
Analysis and competitors’ pricing strategy and benchmark with CCHBC.
Analysis

Ongoing analysis of CCHBC brands / products performance based on combination of internal and external data.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS
Must haves:

Higher university degree in the area of Marketing/Finance/Statistics/Sales;
At least 4 years relevant work experience in the area of RGM/Business intelligence/ Marketing/Commercial Finance;
Strong analytical and numerical skills;
Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure;
Fluency in English;
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint;
Will be considered advantage:

5-6 years of relevant work experience;
Experience in RGM roles;
Previous experience with ERP SAP/ Power BI will be considered strong advantage.
