Sales Team Manager with German

The Role: The person on this role will be responsible for managing and leading a team of 10-15 Customer support (with sales functions) agents and guiding them during their development in the company. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner with strong leadership and sales skills – someone with a successful track record who can inspire others to excel. That key person will coach, advise, motivate, and lead by example in order to maintain high performing team. This person also provides regular reports to management, onboards new employees, and keeps management updated on team performance.

Main responsibilities:

Identify the sales team goals, and evaluate team's progress;
Assist and coordinate the sales force in performing daily sales activities;
Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine revenue growth.
Be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales team and creating individual sales plans.
Ensure a consistently positive employee experience as well as higher customer satisfaction.
Ensure sales goals and objectives are being met or exceeded by each employee and provide constructive feedback;
Monitor and manage the day-to-day team operations to deliver the set by the client SLAs/KPIs'
Improving the sales performance of the team;
Prepare regular reports for management regarding the current status.

Job requirements:

Experience in managing customer support in the BPO field;
Experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Agent who has consistently met or exceeded targets;
Excellent level in German (C1 level) and English B2-C1;
Strong communication skills and attention to detail as well as self-motivation and excellent salesperson;
Practical knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom, or Slack is considered an advantage.
