On behalf of our client, a leading provider of operational leasing and fleet management, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of
SALES AND PARTNERSHIP MANAGER.

Main Responsibilities:
• Identify, implement and execute business plan that enlarge customer base and ensure strong company presence and brand awareness;
• Lead and manage the Key Account Managers team;
• Responsible for prospecting the market, acquiring new customers and increase fleet growth;
• Conduct commercial negotiations, prepare offers, prepare sales contracts in line with the pre-defined internal procedures and the commercial conditions;
• Participate proactively in the customer / service implementation processes;
• Present and promote the services of the company in professional and timely manner;
• Participate in the setting up and the execution of marketing activities, also online and digital campaigns for the Partnership program;
• Participate in trainings, events and presentations;
• Develop meaningful and impactful customer relationships with existing and new clients;
• Collaborate with the other company departments, also on international level;
• Participate in marketing activities set up and execution, incl. also online and digital campaigns for the Partnership program;
• Prepare offers in line with the pre-defined internal procedures and the commercial conditions in a timely manner;
• Advise existing customers about services variations in order to comply with the customer needs/requirements and the internal company policy;
• Keep records in all related internal company CRM systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in relevant field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in car dealership or leasing company;
• Previous Sales and marketing experience or working with big customers;
• Proven previous experience in people management and ability to motivate and drive a team;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of partners and clients;
• Excellent level in English - both written and spoken;
• Time management and organizational skills;
• Advanced skills in MS Office;
• Commitment and self – initiative, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
