Sales Representative (Renewals) with German and English


Main responsibilities:
Responsible for renewals, up-sells, win-backs, cross-sells and referrals;
Manage a high - volume of renewals across different products and platforms:
Tracking all customer activity from prospect to deal closure;
Maintain and update information in SalesForce com.

Job requirements:
Similar experience in contract renewals, sales operations, or account management is a must;
Fluent in German and English;
Results-driven with strong communication skills;
Advanced user of MS Office (Excel).
