For one of our clients – a leading provider of tax return and social benefits solutions across
European countries, is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to join their exceptional
team.

Responsibilities:
Provide crucial support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing
productivity.
Utilize our internal CRM system to streamline workflows and enhance customer interactions.
Take charge of training newly hired agents, equipping them with the skills they need to excel.
Organize and plan daily tasks for the team, ensuring targets are met and deadlines are achieved.
Monitor team effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare comprehensive weekly reports and actively participate in periodic meetings.
Assist in leading, motivating, and supervising our Call Center department to achieve outstanding results.

Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Sales department as a Senior Specialist, Coordinator, or Team Leader.
Strong English communication skills
A passion for working directly with individual customers and providing exceptional service.
Familiarity with MS Office tools and the ability to utilize them effectively.
Excellent analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
Ambition to develop your leadership skills and manage a high-performing team.
Well-organized, motivated, and creative mindset to drive success.
Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication and relationship-building.
