Since 2011, we have been helping small and medium-sized businesses grow, by delivering their cargo as part of our LCLs (less-than-container Load). Every month we carry around 10 containers of groupage cargo. Today, we have more than 12,938 successful orders. We provide quality service and are constantly looking for solutions to improve our performance.

Today, M3Cargo is actively developing and we are expanding our Sales team!

Sales Manager

Place of work: Remote

Responsibilities:

- Analyze the Bulgarian market - customers and competitors
- Find clients, negotiate and sign contracts
- Support customers and control the transaction flow, from order acceptance to cargo delivery
- Development of relations with the client, transfer of the status of the client from «new» to «permanent» and «key;
- Create and maintain a client base in the CRM
- Correspond with Chinese agents (infrequently in English)

We offer:

Salary:
Rate starting at 1000-1200 EUR NET + % of sales (we are open to negotiations). The primary income of the Sales Manager is always a percentage of the sales. Therefore, your salary will depend primarily on you! We provide the opportunity to earn 2000-3500 EUR NET
- Work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday (1-hour break)
