PURCHASING SPECIALIST


Primary duties and responsibilities:

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing the procurement process by connecting with suppliers, both domestic and international, to ensure the timely delivery of essential components. Duties also include negotiating and confirming pricing terms with suppliers, as well as monitoring the fulfillment of purchase requisitions to maintain effective inventory levels. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting Intrastat declarations and carrying out primary accounting of documents related to the import of goods.

Requirements for the position:

- Some experience in a similar position or as a Supply Chain Expert will be considered as a plus;
- Good level of English language (B1+ level);
- Very good computer literacy: MS Office and some experience with ERP software (Workflow software will be considered an advantage).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
