For one of our clients – a well-known company operating in the BPO field. We are searching
for capable, driven and sales-savvy people for the role of Sales Consultant with German or
French and English - Hybrid model of work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets through product/service sales and renewals;
* Advocate strategic product usage to enhance customer satisfaction;
* Collaborate with teams to optimize sales processes and systems;
* Manage high-volume customer interactions via outbound calls and emails;
* Identify upselling opportunities within assigned territories;
* Maintain accurate updates in the CRM system;
* Provide precise weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.

Requirements:
* Fluency in French or German and English with strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Sales background and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
* Ability to engage effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment;
* Drive and ability to foster positive relationships;
* Problem-solving skills, adept at learning and utilizing new technology and data;
* Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently.
